The authors should submit a paper of 4-6 pages<\/em><\/strong> (in English only) using 2026 IEEE SIST link to Microsoft Conference Management Tool. It should define the scope of the work<\/em><\/strong>, emphasizing new advances, theories, and\/or applications, and include an analysis of results and findings. The paper must be structured such that the program committee will be able to understand the originality and the value of the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements for the submitted paper:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Use a minimum of 10 references per paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Maximum of 20% of self-citation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Minimum 30% of references from Scopus and Web of Science <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Maximum 6 authors per paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. One author can submit up to 3 papers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once Paper meets all the requirements indicated above, we request authors to submit a file paper following the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Submit your paper in CMT https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/IEEESIST2026<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the website and click the button “Register”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Fill in your login information, personal information, external profile information, and verification. Then click on \u2018I agree to the Microsoft CMT’s Author’s Statement, Terms Of Use and Privacy & Cookies\u2019 and press \u201cRegister\u2019 button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. You will receive the confirmation letter to the email you have shown and this email will be your login email to CMT. You need to activate your profile by clicking the link received in the email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. You are set up now. You may continue with the submission of your paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
