Call for papers

The authors should submit a paper of 4-6 pages (in English only) using SIST 2021 link to Microsoft Conference Management Tool. It should define the scope of the work, emphasize on new advances, theories and/or applications and include an analysis of results and findings. The paper must be structured such that the program committee will be able to understand the originality and the value of the work.

Once Paper meets all the requirements indicated above, we request authors to submit a file paper following the steps below:

  1. Submission of paper is carried out via following link.
  2. Go to the website and click the button “Register”.
  3. Fill in your login information, personal information, external profile information and verification. Then click on ‘I agree to the Microsoft CMT’s Author’s Statement, Terms Of Use and Privacy & Cookies’ and press “Register’ button.
  4. You will receive the confirmation letter to the email you have shown and this email will be your login email to CMT. You need to activate your profile by clicking the link received in the email.
  5. You are set up now. You may continue with submission of your paper.
  6. Authors before starting to Submit a file paper(s) are recommended to read and follow the Submission Guidelines. This page contains detailed information to help authors submit paper.

Dear authors!

Unfortunately, 2020 IEEE SIST Organizing Committee has to inform you that the event is postponed to April, 28-30, 2021 due to the COVID-19 and epidemological situation in Kazakhstan.

The papers that are submitted to 2020 IEEE SIST have not been reviewed. You may either delete your works or resubmit with the latest data in Microsoft Conference Management Tool (portal for papers upload) which will be opened soon for editing. Also, new dates shall be available on the website very soon. Please stay tuned.
